Maintenance

If a maintenance issue should arise, please use the Angus AnyWhere Service Portal to report the issues.  The mobile friendly service portal greatly streamlines the processes for submitting requests as well as viewing important building information.  The Service Portal is designed to provide convenience while on the go with easy access from a desktop, tablet or mobile device.  You will be assigned a login and password that allows you to access the website 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

In the event of an emergency, please call the Management office at (713) 939-9300.  Please give your name, company name, suite number, phone number, and the nature of your problem.  Someone from the maintenance staff will assist you as soon as possible.

Maintenance personnel are equipped to handle varying degrees of lighting, plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, and door and lock problems.  If the problem is outside of our normal maintenance service, then Maintenance will contact a building approved vendor to assist with the problem.
