Insurance

  • Contractors and their Subcontractors shall provide insurance coverage in accordance with the requirements of the Management.
  • A Certificate of Insurance evidencing the required coverage shall be submitted by the Contractor to Property Management prior to the commencement of the work.  The Certificate shall name the following as additional insureds:
