Subcontractors

  • Only those Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Security and Fire Alarm subcontractors which have been approved by Management may perform work on the project.  Qualified journeymen and steamfitters only can perform work on HVAC equipment.  Only plumbers and electricians licensed in the State of Texas may perform plumbing and electrical work.
