Security Guard

The onsite security guard is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday.  Any security or safety measures employed by Landlord are for the protection of the Landlord’s interest.  Landlord is not a guarantor of the security or safety of the Tenant Parties or their property.  His or her presence helps deter theft and vandalism in the building, but in the event of a problem, he or she will notify the police.  The security guard is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances.  They are there to observe, monitor and report.  In no event shall the Landlord be liable for damages, losses, claims, injury to persons or property or causes of action arising out of any theft, burglary, trespass or other entry into the Premises or the Real Property.

The security guards have been instructed not to allow any one in the building after hours.  The tenant desiring access to the property should use their Datawatch “Access Card or App”.  If they do not have their Datawatch “Access Card or App”, then they should be instructed to contact the Tenants main contact to request admittance.

For security reasons, anyone not having a key to your suite or offices, including your employees will not be admitted by Transwestern personnel or the security guard.
